Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A primiparous woman with singleton vaginal vaginal delivery with mediolateral episiotomy and not using auxiliary tools for delivery (forceps and vacuum)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-cooperation Vaginal delivery with cup or forceps Drug addiction History of perineal surgery

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Kegel exercises. Timepoint: 24 hours. Method of measurement: Pain intensity grading table (0-10) or visual analogue scale VAS (Visual Analogue).
