Intervention 1: Intervention group1: After the completion of arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff tear, Clonazepam 1mg (long-acting benzodiazepine) is prescribed for the patient, who takes the drug 30

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with reparable rotator cuff tear Age between 15 to 70 yeas old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of infection Revision surgery History of shoulder trauma in the last three months The presence of other simultaneous pathologies in the shoulder Liver and kidney diseases History of psychiatric disease

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Sleep disorder. Timepoint: Evaluation the sleep quality of the patients (PSQI questionnaire and score) before surgery and 4 weeks after surgery. Method of measurement: Petersburg Sleep Questionnaire (PSQI).	—

Measure	Time frame
Pain. Timepoint: Measurement of the severity of pain before surgery and 2 and 4 weeks after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale Score.	—
