Interventions

Intervention 1: Immediately after the completion of rotator cuff repair, a needle is inserted in the subacromial space with direct vision through the scope. portals are sutured. Then 2 grams of tranex

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Repairable rotator cuff tear Age between 15 to70

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Irreparable rotator cuff tear History of infection Revision surgery History of shoulder trauma in the last three months The presence of other simultaneous pathologies in the shoulder History of coagulopathy Taking anticoagulant drugs Liver and kidney diseases

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Passive shoulder range of motion. Timepoint: Before surgery and 4-, 6- and 12-weeks post-op. Method of measurement: In degrees with Goniometer.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: Before surgery and at 2, 4, 6, 12 weeks popst-op. Method of measurement: VAS Score.;Oxycodone pills consumed. Timepoint: 2 weeks post-op. Method of measurement: Number of pills.
