Inclusion criteria: Being hospitalized in ICU Having reading and writing literacy to complete the questionnaires Having minimal vision and hearing to communicate and complete the questionnaires
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Insufficient patient cooperation Death during the study Egg white intolerance Discharge earlier than the seventh day of hospitalization Having a previous hospitalization history
