Inclusion criteria: Not having any history of surgery in the cervical and back spine Having records of visits to Faraja Hospital regarding back pain Not taking medicine No smoking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of surgery Failure to complete the questionnaire Reluctance to participate in exercises No pain
