Intervention 1: Intervention group: Duloxetine at a dose of 30 mg twice a day for one months, which will be received orally capsule. Intervention 2: Intervention group: gabapentin at a dose of 300 mg

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients candidates for spine surgery age between 18 to 60 Have paresthesia after surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to the drug being tested Abnormal liver and kidney function test Uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma Chronic opioid abuser (more than 3 months) Taking tricyclic antidepressants or fluvoxamine pregnant women Patients with psychiatric disorders or seizure disorders
