Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having at least a nursing expert degree Written consent to participate in the study Not participating in similar educational programs During the past 6 months, he has not experienced a severe occupational stress event such as official reprimand. Having at least 6 months of clinical work experience
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of willingness to participate History of severe mental illnesses Nurses whose work or family duties do not allow for regular attendance in the training sessions.
