Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Criteria for entering the study of patients with papulopustular rosacea; The presence of at least 5 demodex mites per square cm in both skin biopsy samples on the left and right sides of the face; Patients over 18 years of age, regardless of their gender
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with rosacea with less than 5 demodex mites per square cm in the skin biopsy sample of one or both left and right sides of the face of patients with various types of skin cancers non-compliance with the protocol History of allergy to permethrin Patients with severe skin burns Patients with severe skin infections

| Clinical and appearance symptoms of rosacea patients include: transient redness, persistent redness, papule and pustule, telangiectasia, burning and itching, plaque, dryness, edema, eye symptoms, phymatous changes. Timepoint: Weeks 0 and 12 on the left and right side of the face. Method of measurement: Appearance and clinical symptoms of patients were evaluated in weeks 0 and 12 by the clinical criteria mentioned in the National Rosacea Association questionnaire for both sides of the face. | — |
