Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the research to do the test Lack of diagnosis of mental retardation Male gender Severe mental retardation

Active memory. Timepoint: before the intervention and one month after the intervention, i.e. after 8 sessions (30 days). Method of measurement: Using n-back test by (Kerchner 1958).
