18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female athletes 18 to 25 years old Having at least a two year experience of regular sports activity Having a normal body mass index Attending sports for three sessions a week on average Having no fracture or record of surgery on the lower extremity over the past one year Dynamic valgus angle more than 12 angle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Knee injury or surgery Current knee pain Current hip injury History of lower limb injury in the last 6 months

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Dynamic knee valgus. Timepoint: The time period of measuring the outcome before and after the protocol will be implemented. Method of measurement: To evaluate the dynamic knee valgus will be from the camera.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Center of Pressure. Timepoint: The time period of measuring the outcome before and after the protocol will be implemented. Method of measurement: To evaluate the center of pressure will be used from foot scan device.;Pelvic Drop. Timepoint: The time period of measuring the outcome before and after the protocol will be implemented. Method of measurement: To evaluate the pelvic drop will be from the camera.;Knee Flexion. Timepoint: The time period of measuring the outcome before and after the protocol will be implemented. Method of measurement: To evaluate the knee flexion will be from the camera.
