Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients over 12 years old who are candidates for coronary artery bypass graft surgery Patients over 12 years old who are candidates for aortic valve repair or replacement surgery Patients over 12 years old who are candidates for aortic aneurysm surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of arrhythmia before surgery History of pericardial effusion before surgery Electrolyte imbalance before surgery Hemodynamic instability before surgery Patients undergoing mitral or tricuspid valve surgery Patients on high-dose anticoagulant therapy that cannot be controlled during surgery

| Incidence of Pericardial Effusion:The accumulation of any fluid (e.g., blood or effusion) in the pericardial space following surgery. Timepoint: 15 and 30 days after surgery. Method of measurement: Evaluation by ecrdiography at predetermined postoperative time points.;The occurrence of any episodes of atrial fibrillation during the postoperative period. Timepoint: within 7 days or longer after surgery.
