Inclusion criteria: Having heart failure Ability to speak Persian Having normal hemodynamic conditions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to communicate properly Lack of awareness of time and place Suffering from mental illnesses

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Shortness of Breath Severity Score in the Borg Scale. Timepoint: Measuring the severity of dyspnea before the intervention and immediately after the intervention. Method of measurement: Dyspnea Borg Scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Breaths per minute. Timepoint: Measuring the number of breaths per minute before the intervention and immediately after the intervention. Method of measurement: Variable measurement will be done by the researcher and by observation.;Oxygen saturation level of arterial blood. Timepoint: Measurement of arterial blood oxygen saturation level before the intervention and immediately after the intervention. Method of measurement: Jumper JPD-500E heart rate measuring device and arterial blood oxygen saturation.;Heart beats per minute. Timepoint: Measuring of heart rate before the intervention and immediately after the intervention. Method of measurement: Jumper JPD-500E heart rate measuring device and arterial blood oxygen saturation.
