Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health status: no problems such as breast infection or history of breast lesions No history of breast surgeries and cosmetic procedures Absence of a person during pregnancy and breastfeeding Not having a known disease of breast cancer Lack of mental and physical disabilities that cause not to perform breast self-assessment

Exclusion criteria: Dissatisfaction of participants
