18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age range of patients is between 18 and 55 years The disease has been confirmed by a neurologist More than 6 months have passed since their disease was confirmed Participants who have a smartphone and the ability to use it and have access to the internet Participants can speak Persian Participants in the research must have at least reading and writing skills The patients are not medical staff or the person caring for the patient is not medical staff

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants must be at an advanced stage (score of 4.5 or higher) and have no cognitive problems based on the disability level criterion on the Comprehensive Disability Status Scale Participants who are absent from two of the sessions held Participants who have a chronic disabling disease other than MS

MeasureTime frame
Resilience. Timepoint: 4 weeks after completion of training. Method of measurement: Connor and Davidson's Resilience Questionnaire.;Sense of coherence. Timepoint: 4 weeks after completion of training. Method of measurement: Antonovsky's Sense of Coherence Questionnaire.
