Inclusion criteria: Body mass index above the 85th percentile

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from heart and kidney problems, thyroid disorders or hormonal disorders and diabetes, use of other diet and special medicines such as weight-reducing and blood pressure medicines
