Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40 to 60 years Not taking insulin No history of sports activity in the past year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of regular participation in exercises Muscle damage and knee and hip joint damage Having heart disease and high blood pressure

Asprosin serum level. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention/16 weeks after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Measuring asprosin concentration by ELISA method.

TNF-a serum level. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention/16 weeks after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Using the ELISA method.;Fat percentage.
