Inclusion criteria: Divorced mothers who have children between 7 and 12 years old Having consent to participate in the training session (mother and child) Normal IQ of mother and child Ability to attend all training sessions Subjects must be residents of Sari city

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Betelgeuse has other severe psychiatric disorders (such as bipolar disorder, psychosis, or major cognitive impairment) Receiving concurrent psychotherapy or other similar intervention Sustained use of psychiatric medications or medication change within the past month Having a severe physical or neurological illness that would interfere with the intervention process Drug or alcohol dependence in the past six months

The feeling of shame is one of the most important conscious emotions and a painful experience that has a great impact on a person's sense of self and personality disorders. For shame, two key elements, internal and external, are considered. Negative face evaluates incompetence, and external shame is about how a person feels about how others will evaluate him. Social competence is a complex and multiple area of ??development, which is the ability of human performance to implement social responsibility and personal independence. And it includes acquired skills that improve people's social awareness. Awareness that focuses on the ability to communicate effectively and understand others, maintain personal independence, social responsibility and manage relationships. Mother-child relationship is considered one of the most important factors affecting the development of dimensions and psychological and social transformation. This interaction is a combination of behaviors, expectations and emotions that It exists between parents and children. Timepoint: Eight two-hour sessions were conducted in the form of group training, the positive parenting training program based on the Sanders (2003) guide. In the last meeting, with the implementation of each of the desired programs, the said questionnaire was completed again by the divorced mother and children. In addition, this research also had a follow-up period that was implemented in the sample three months after the intervention sessions. Method of measurement: Mother Child Relationship Scale (PCRS), Fellner Social Competence Questionnaire (1990), Questionnaire by Ferguson et al. (2000).
