Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All women aged 18 to 50 with breast cancer with secondary education and above who are in the second stage of the disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who were regularly practicing yoga, meditation or mindfulness Patients who were in the stage higher than the second stage of breast cancer disease Patients who are illiterate or very old and it is difficult to get information from them
