Inclusion criteria: All people who are candidates for mandibular wisdom tooth surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The person has an uncontrolled systemic disease

Pain. Timepoint: 24 and 48 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: based on standard VAS (Visual analog scale) method.;Swelling. Timepoint: 24 and 48 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: The average of the two distances from the tragus to the dental midline and the angle of the mandible to the dental midline.;Trismus. Timepoint: 24 and 48 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Measuring Interincisal distance.—
