Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of both sexes 21 to 56 years physical condition Physical American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I and II) who undergo orthopedic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetes Heart disease high blood pressure Chronic obstructive respiratory disease Coagulation abnormalities ???????? ??? ???? ????? Patients who are allergic to study drugs

MeasureTime frame
Pain score using visual analog scale (VAS). Timepoint: It will be checked and recorded at 6, 8, 24, 36 and 48 hours after the operation. Method of measurement: After surgery.
