Intervention 1: Intervention group: Lifestyle modification training, recommendations for softening and reducing food, examining and removing abdominal spasms using special abdominal massage and ovaria

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertility due to diminished ovarian reverse and polycystic ovary Body mass index greater than or equal to 25 to 34.9 Having a cold and wet temperament Primary infertility Women aged 20- 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infertility due to anatomical causes, male causes, endometriosis, unexplained causes Candidates for egg donation and embryo donation Smoking and Alcohol consumption Suffering from uncontrolled physical and chronic diseases including uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled blood pressure, autoimmune diseases, serious liver and kidney disease, cancers, gastrointestinal diseases that prohibit the use of hormonal drugs.
