Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder according to DSM-5 - outpatients and inpatients - not having any disorder that interferes with the intervention process, such as major depressive disorder and psychosis - age between 18 and 70 - having primary education

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The subject's unwillingness to participate in the sessions - the subject's suicide - the patient's use of a drug or new substance or addiction to it
