Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having a bachelor's degree in nursing or higher Having at least one year of experience working in the emergency department Willingness to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having known physical and mental illnesses that affect anxiety and depression Not participating in a similar training program for at least the previous 6 months
