Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have age over 18 years old Have a confirmed diagnosis of stroke by a neurologist Have no diagnosis of cognitive impairment by a psychiatrist Have sufficient alertness to communicate Have the ability to read and write Have a smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Deterioration of the patient's physical and mental condition during the study, making it impossible to continue participating in the study Failure to attend two (or more) of the total number of training and follow-up sessions Participation in another training program during the study Disconnection and lack of access to the individual during the study Failure to complete or incomplete completion of the instruments
