Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having an age range of 6 to 19 years old means that the child is able to read and write until the end of the school age period (and if the child is not able to read and write, the child's questionnaire will be filled with the help of the mother, and the researcher will also will be present at the child's bedside to teach the mother that only the child's opinion should be argued) Speaking in persian Not having hearing and vision impairment based on the medical record The absence of any other disorder that causes the inability to communicate (based on the medical record).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: It will include the death of a child.

Timepoint: Measuring the child's happiness and the child's mother's self-efficacy before the implementation of patient and family-centered care and two weeks after implementation. Method of measurement: Mothers' self-efficacy is measured by the questionnaire of Perceived Maternal Parenting self-efficacy - children's happiness is measured using Children's Happiness Scale by Dr, Roger Morgan. | — |
