Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the intensive care unit Age 20 to 80 No underlying respiratory diseases Willingness to participate in the study Not allergic to thyme or walnuts GCS less than 8
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: GCS grate than 8 Allergy to thyme or nutmeg Unwillingness to participate in the study Age less than 20 years and more than 80 years
