Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All people with panic disorder who are between 12 and 25 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who do not have symptoms of panic disorder. People whose age is less than 12 years and more than 25 years.

Anxiety score in Beck Anxiety Questionnaire. Timepoint: Anxiety levels are measured at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and at the end of the study (end of the intervention).
