18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Admission to the orthopedic department of Talaghani Hospital with a diagnosis of per-trochanteric fractures. Age between 18 and 60 years. Injury Severity Score (ISS) less than 15. Willingness to cooperate and sign an informed consent form after full awareness of the study objectives and methods by the patient or their legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and lactation. Septic patients with unstable hemodynamics and metabolism. History of autoimmune diseases or disorders. History of cancer. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy within the past month. Diabetes mellitus Any type of liver failure Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. 8) Morbid obesity (BMI > 40)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Quality of fracture healing. Timepoint: Intervention will be measured in the second, fourth, and twelfth weeks. Method of measurement: X-ray imaging of the pelvis, including both hips in anteroposterior and lateral views, Radiological analyses will employ the Radiographic Union Score for Hip( RUSH Score).;Pain severity. Timepoint: Questionnaire will be completed at the beginning of the intervention, as well as during the first and second weeks. Method of measurement: Visual Analogous Scale.;The evaluation of physical function. Timepoint: This assessment will be administered at the beginning of the intervention, as well as during the fourth and twelfth weeks. Method of measurement: Harris Hip Score (HHS).
