Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) No history of lower or upper extremity injuries that could be aggravated by the study . (2) No allergy to creatine monohydrate. (3) No regular use of anti-inflammatory drugs or medications. (4) No previous or current use of performance-enhancing supplements.
