Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Migraine-afflicted women referred to the neurology clinic of Sinai Hospital, who were treated for migraine by a neurologist, and have forward-facing posture disorder. And after checking the inclusion criteria by the sports medicine assistant, if they were eligible, they were invited to participate in the study.

Forward posture disorder. Timepoint: (before the start of the intervention) and 8 weeks after the start of sports training. Method of measurement: Photography.

Neck Disability Index (NDI). Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 8 weeks after the start of sports training. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.;HIT-6™ Headache Impact Test. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention) and 8 weeks after the start of sports training. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.;Visual Analog Scale for Pain (VAS Pain).
