Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People aged 18 to 60 who has DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for moderate to severe OCD. Consent of patients to participate in the study They have the Yale-Brown Algebraic Obsession Scale (Y-BOCS) above 21.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Being psychotic Have other disorders diagnosed in psychiatric axis I. Used any type of psychoactive drug in the last 6 weeks Have taken OCD medication in the last 6 weeks and ECT in the last two months Participation in psychotherapy sessions in the last 6 weeks Hypothyroidism History of cardiovascular disease Pregnancy or breastfeeding kidney disease Type 1 diabetes Age less than 18 and more than 60 IQ less than 70 History of seizures and brain disorders Taking beta-blocker drugs, amlodipine, insulin, glipizide, metformin, linagliptin, sitagliptin, liraglutide, lasix, lithium, linezolid Abuse of drugs and medicine except nicotine and caffeine Any type of kidney, urinary tract and genital infection The presence of MAO inhibitors such as Azilact, Marplan ?Aspirin, Gabapentin, Pantoprazole, and Omeprazole in the patient's medication list Pancreatitis Hypotension
