Inclusion criteria: In order to participate in the research, while willing to participate, give informed consent. .Be over 18 years old. able to communicate, interview and express care challenges

Exclusion criteria: People with myocardial infarction without ST segment elevation

The duration of the onset of symptoms until the time of reperfusion (total ischemic time). Timepoint: Upon entering the hospital.
