Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult female patients (18 to 50 years old) who are selected for open rhinoplasty for the first time. Willingness to participate in the study and follow the follow-up requirements Have normal skin type In terms of gender, they should all be women Do not have a history of broken nose. All people undergo rhinoplasty with their own septal graft as a routine All performed by one surgeon. The patient does not have a history of previous surgery, a history of psychosomatic disease, a history of septoplasty, and a history of fess surgery. The patient does not have nasal polyps, perforated septum and allergic rhinitis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Be male in terms of gender The patient has a history of sinus surgery The patient has nasal polyps, perforated septum and allergic rhinitis The patient does not consent to participate in the study
