Inclusion criteria: Consent to participate in the study Candidate for ovarian mass surgery ORADs class greater than or equal to 3 Age under 50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to methylene blue History of severe reaction to radioactive material Having an active infection
