Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male students of Khwarazmi University, aged between 18-25, have neck pain and use computers, laptops and phones more than 20 hours a week. Also, in order to homogenize, all right-handed people are selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- History of neck and spinal cord injury2- History of neck surgery3- History of neurological diseases4- Having severe arthritis, joint problems, tumor or inflammatory diseases in this area

Cervical range of motion. Timepoint: Before the test and after the test after doing 6 weeks of training. Method of measurement: Myo motion device to measure the range of motion of the neck.;Flexion-relaxation ratio. Timepoint: Before the test and after the test after doing 6 weeks of training. Method of measurement: EMG device to measure cervical flexion-relaxation ratio.;Cervical proprioception. Timepoint: Before the test and after the test after doing 6 weeks of training.
