Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with surgery to repair fractures of the orbital walls of the maxillary nerve (medial, inferior and lateral walls)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients unable to communicate, including sensory impairment, inability to provide informed consent and mental or neurological illness Patients age under 18 and over 65 years Opium addict patients (drug users) Patients with infection at the site of anesthesia injection Patients with a history of unstable hemodynamic disorders Patients with a history of anesthesia and surgical complications Patients with a history of chronic and prolonged pain
