Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participation in the sport of Taekwondo as an elite athlete No injury or neurological issue No use of any medication or supplement that could affect athletic performance (in the past six months)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to provide written informed consent to participate in the study

Method of measurement: Sport performance will be assessed using a modified version of the questionnaire developed by Hsieh W-L et al., which was designed with input from three Taekwondo experts holding black belts and certified by the World Taekwondo Headquarters.;Functional fatigue. Timepoint: Before and 48 hours after the intervention. Method of measurement: This study will use the exercise-induced fatigue protocol previously validated in Taekwondo by Mirjani et al.
