Inclusion criteria: Children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes Diagnosed with diabetes for at least one year No other underlying disease Children at least 12 and at most 16 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes who engaged in regular exercise training
