Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nurses with the status of employment: paramedical service plan,contractual and formal Nurses with a bachelor's degree or higher. Nurses who are satisfied with our desired training courses.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nurses working in children's age groups, infants and gynecology. The nurse cooperates with both hospitals intervention and control at the same time. Be absent in more than two sessions in the training program.
