Inclusion criteria: Patients less than 40 years old Patients with unexplained infertility Patients with mild male factors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Endometriosis cyst Severe adenomyosis Severe male infertility with a sperm count of less than 5 million per milliliter
