Intervention 1: Intervention group: Acetazolamide 250 tablets orally every 12 hours for two days. Intervention 2: Control group: placebo tablet similar to acetazolamide 250 mg every 12 hours for 2 day

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age above 18 years Being satisfied with participation in the study Oliguric patients resistant to diuretics
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hypokalemia and hyponatremia Metabolic acidosis Patients with skin sensitivity and allergies Liver disease and cirrhosis End Stage Renal Disease (ERDS)
