Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 55 years - Chronic non-specific low back pain for at least 6 months Independent mobility and walking (with or without assistive devices) - High/moderate risk in terms of psychosocial status in the STarT questionnaire (during the initial assessment phase) - Having a preferred direction during the assessment based on the McKenzie approach (during the initial assessment phase) - No pain in an area other than the low back (the area between the 12th thoracic vertebra and the gluteal region)
