Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Fascial distortion model group. Intervention 2: Control group: Hot pack , TENS , stretching and mobilization exercises.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Low back pain of more than 3 months Age 30-65 years Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Low back pain associated with any structural deformity e.g scoliosis Patient with osteoporosis or spinal fractures are not included Low back pain with radicular symptom not included Cauda equina syndrome not included

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain. Timepoint: Before intervention and immediately after treatment and 3 weeks after treatment. Method of measurement: Visual analog pain scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Functional disability. Timepoint: Before and after treatment and At the end of 3rd week of intervention. Method of measurement: Roland-Morris disabilitt questionnaire.;Range of Motion. Timepoint: Before and after treatment and at the end of 3rd week of intervention. Method of measurement: Inclinometer.
