Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Adults aged 18-65 years • Individuals with mild hypercholesterolemia(total cholesterol: 5.2-7.5 mmol/L)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women Individuals on antibiotics or probiotics within the past three months. Individuals with severe health conditions affecting cholesterol metabolism

Total cholesterol. Timepoint: before trial and six weeks of medication use. Method of measurement: blood sampling.
