Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes as confirmed by the doctor At least 2 years have passed since the diagnosis of diabetes A score of at least 10 on the Beck Depression Scale (BDI) as a cutoff People who have not received any psychological treatment in the last 3 months.
