Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gestational age between 20 and 24 weeks Gestational diabetes diagnosed by a doctor Willingness in participation Ability to communicate in Persian language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive or mental disorder Suffering from another chronic disease, including cancer, liver disorder, or cardiovascular disease
