Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age above 18 years Age under 50 years Sign the informed consent form Rhinoplasty surgery candidate ASA class 1 & 2 Apfel score : 0, 1 or 2 No contraindications to nitric oxide Not taking oral contraceptives No history of chemotherapy No drug abuse Not taking anti-nausea and vomiting pills No history of motion sickness Not smoking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Receive N2O less than 30 minutes The patient's unwillingness to continue cooperation

MeasureTime frame
Post Operation Nausea and vomiting (PONV). Timepoint: The first twenty-four hours after the operation. Method of measurement: With a face-to-face interview by scoring five points (0 no nausea, 1 mild nausea, 2 severe nausea, 3 nausea with one vomiting episode and 4 several episodes of vomiting).
