Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness of a pregnant woman to participate in the test by completing the consent form. Spontaneous initiation of the birth process. Gestational age 38 to 40 weeks. The beginning of the active phase (dilation 4 cm). Cephalic presentation of the fetus. Having a healthy water bag . No addiction to drugs and smoking. Presence of low-risk pregnancy without medical problems in pregnancy, including blood pressure and gestational diabetes, absence of mental and movement disorders, twin and multiple pregnancy, placenta and amniotic fluid disorders, fetal heart disorders. Absence of any contraindications for massage such as: skin damage or bone fracture in the massage area, fever, infection, lumbar disc, severe varicose veins. Not using other pain relief methods.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Withdrawal from participating in the study. Pelvic series disproportion. Lack of labor progress

Labor pain intensity score. Timepoint: With the beginning of the active phase of labor in Dilation , 3-4 cm (beginning of the study), the ascending phase will be 5-6 cm, the maximum slope will be 7-8 cm, and the descent will be 9-10 cm. Method of measurement: based on visual pain ruler.;Measurement of postpartum bleeding. Timepoint: 6 hours after delivery. Method of measurement: Blood hemoglobin measurement.;Satisfaction with childbirth. Timepoint: after delivery. Method of measurement: McGee childbirth satisfaction questionnaire.
