Inclusion criteria: Suffering from high blood pressure disease registered by a doctor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Psychiatric disorder in the patient Physical diseases Receiving training based on communication and psychology issues at the same time in other schools Absence of more than two sessions in training sessions
