Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range from 18 to 60 years American Society of Anesthesiology class 1 and 2 BMI (5/18- 9/24) Informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In cases where laparoscopic surgery becomes an open surgery, Adhesions detected by the surgeon If the duration of surgery is more than one hour History of alcohol consumption Smoking history

Right and left shoulder pain. Timepoint: The moment of discharge from recovery, 6, 12, 24, 48 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual analogue scale.;Chills in recovery. Timepoint: Entering recovery, 15 and 30 minutes after entering, the moment of discharge from recovery. Method of measurement: Criterion Crossley, Mahajan.;Changes in hemodynamic parameters.
